You can assign roles to users in workspaces if you have administrative privileges. To assign roles, open the add/edit user form and select all the workspace::role combinations. In the following example, Janet is playing the role Developer in the Engr workspace. - All - :: <Role> is a shortcut to specify the same role in all workspaces.
